A summary of your posture with and without movement. Observations of 5 kinetic chain checkpoints: foot & ankle, knee, LPHC, shoulder & thoracic spine, head & neck.

Passively taking your body through a safe range of motion to increase flexibility, reduce tension, improve posture and reduce recovery time.

Developing exercises that address compensations and imbalances to improve the overall quality of movement during workouts and everyday mobility.
